FORCITIS wins both gold and silver awards at the 11th CREDAWARD Architect Design Awards
In the golden September, we meet with global architectural elites in Shanghai. From September 9th to 12th, FORCITIS made a brilliant appearance at the 2025 Earth Architects Conference, discussing innovation and looking forward to the future with industry colleagues at booth H1K90 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.
Internationality, authority, and comprehensiveness
The CREDAWARD Architect Design Award is an international design award initiated by architects in 2014. Due to its authority, comprehensiveness, and internationalization, it is well-known in the industry and attracts nearly 30+domestic and foreign owners, development enterprises, brand owners, international design agencies/state-owned institutes/private design agencies from countries and regions to participate every year. The Grand Prize adheres to the 16 word evaluation criteria of "architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic benefits". Due to its rigorous selection process, open selection mode, and rigorous award mechanism, it is praised as one of the "most credible awards" in the industry and has become an important way for owners to find high-quality design companies.

FORCITIS was shortlisted in six categories and won gold and silver awards in two categories!
In the 11th CREDAWARD Landscape Architect Design Awards, all six FORCITIS projects were shortlisted for the Excellence Award due to their outstanding design strength and professional performance. It is particularly worth celebrating that two of these projects stood out from numerous outstanding works worldwide and won the highest honor.

Surface awakening, construction realization, aesthetic resonance
Green City Tide Roaring in the East x Wanhua Lu Lake Honghu Que Double Case Decoding "Good House"
On September 9th, Mr. Du Yedong, the President of FORCITIS, delivered a keynote speech on "Surface Awakening, Construction Fulfillment, and Aesthetic Resonance" at the Earth Architects Conference Forum. Combining the case of Shanghai Greentown Chaoming East and Wanhua Luhu Honghu Que project, he shared FORCITIS' innovative technology and system solutions in high-end residential facade design.
At the end of the speech, Mr. Du announced that FORCITIS is preparing a "Good House" themed industry white paper and sincerely calls on industry peers to pay attention to and participate in this initiative, jointly promote the standardization and innovative development of the building facade design industry, contribute professional strength to creating a truly "good house", and help promote industry standardization and innovative practices.
The initiative has attracted widespread attention from on-site architects, and there was a lively atmosphere of communication after the meeting. Several experts expressed their anticipation and support for the release of the white paper.

On the evening of September 12th, the Shangri La in Qiantan was brightly lit, and the 11th CREDAWARD Landscape Architect Design Award Ceremony was grandly held here.
FORCITIS partners Lu Minghua, Wang Jie, Dong Xingrui, and others attended the grand event on behalf of the company and received awards on stage. This dinner brought together numerous industry elites, and together with our partners and colleagues, we witnessed this glorious moment, fully demonstrating the thriving development trend of the architectural design industry.
